Xylocaine 5% Ointment 35g
Description:
Xylocaine (Lidocaine) ointment, helps relieve pain after minor burns and skin irritations, including but not limited to sunburns, insect bites, nettle rash & sore nipples.
This is a topical ointment for external use. It is fragrance free, colour free and paraben free, thereby, decreasing your chance of having a sensitive reaction.

Lidocaine (lignocaine)
Usage Directions:
Adults: The maximum single recommended dose is 5g (approximately 15cm of ointment).
Not more than 17 to 20g should be administered in a 24 hour period.
Children (under 12 years old): The maximum single dose should not exceed 0.1g per kg of body weight.
Not more than 3 doses should be administered in a 24 hour period.

Always read the label and follow the directions for use. Keep out of reach of children. If symptoms persist, please contact your healthcare professional.
For external use, do not use on broken skin, do not use on large areas of the body without healthcare advice. Not for prolonged use without medical advice, if skin irritation occurs discontinue use and seek medical advice. Not for use on children below the age of 2. If skin irritation occurs, persists or worsens please discontinue use and see a doctor.
The maximum recommended dose should not exceed 0.1g ointment/kg bodyweight. Not more than 3 doses should be administered in any 24 hours period. Do not use if foil seal at the mouth of the tube is broken.

Change of Mind

If you've had a change of mind about an item you have ordered, we'll need to receive it back to us unopened and unused, in the original packaging.
Faulty Item

If the item you have received is faulty, please contact us with a detailed description of the product fault, alongside a photo if possible.
Allergic Reaction
- In the rare instance you've had an allergic reaction to a product, please discontinue use of the product immediately. We may reach out for further information on the reaction.
Allergy returns must be less than 20% used upon arrival back to us.
Incorrect / Damaged Items

If you have received an item that isn't what you ordered, or it arrived damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please don't dispose of the item without informing us.
