Description:

Henry Blooms Magnesium + Sleep Powder contains a bioavailable form of magnesium & Rehlora to support muscle health, relieve muscle cramps & to help induce sleep, based on use in traditional Western herbal medicine. 

It also contains Relora, a proprietary blend of Magnolia officinalis & Phellodendron amurense and California poppy. The Relora help relieve symptoms of stress & mild anxiety. The California poppy has been used traditionally in western herbal medicine to induce sleep, reduce the time taken to fall asleep, relieve disturbed sleep and to enhance deep sleep.

Ingredients:

Each serve of 5 g oral powder contains:

Magnesium citrate 906.15 mg

equiv. Magnesium 140 mg

Magnesium amino acid chelate 1.5 g

equiv. Magnesium 300 mg

Total Magnesium 440 mg

Colecalciferol (Vitamin D3 400 IU) 10 micrograms

Magnolia officinalis stem bark extract dry conc. (from Relora®) 71.5 mg

from dry stem bark 715 mg

std. to contain honokiol 3.9 mg

Phellodendron amurense stem bark extract dry conc. (from Relora®) 23.4 mg

from dry stem bark 257.4 mg

std. to contain berberine 0.26 mg

Eschscholzia californica (California Poppy) herb

flowering extract dry conc. 66.7 mg

from dry herb flowering 1 g

No added wheat, gluten, animal products, yeast, eggs, soybean products, milk derivatives, lactose, artificial colours or preservatives.

Contains sulphites, corn starch and sodium. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.

Usage Directions:

Adults: Mix 5 g (approx. 1 teaspoon) powder with 150 mL chilled water daily before bed, or as directed by your health professional.

Storage:

Store in a cool, dry place below 25°C. 

Warnings:

Always read the label and follow the directions for use. Keep out of reach of children. Do not consume if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. Vitamin and mineral supplements are not a replacement for a healthy diet.  Adults only. 

Not recommended for use by pregnant and lactating women. Recommended daily dose of this medicine contains 0.04 mg of sodium.

How Do Returns & Refunds Work?

All products you buy from the Healthylife website are covered by the Healthylife Returns Policy.

How We Handle Them:

Change of Mind

  • If you've had a change of mind about an item you have ordered, we'll need to receive it back to us unopened and unused, in the original packaging.

Faulty Item

  • If the item you have received is faulty, please contact us with a detailed description of the product fault, alongside a photo if possible.

Allergic Reaction

  • In the rare instance you've had an allergic reaction to a product, please discontinue use of the product immediately. We may reach out for further information on the reaction.

Allergy returns must be less than 20% used upon arrival back to us.

Incorrect / Damaged Items

  • If you have received an item that isn't what you ordered, or it arrived damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 7 days of delivery. 

Please don't dispose of the item without informing us.
