Description:
Henry Blooms Magnesium + Sleep tablets contain a bioavailable form of magnesium & Rehlora to support muscle health, relieve muscle cramps & to help induce sleep, based on use in traditional Western herbal medicine.
It also contains Relora, a proprietary blend of Magnolia officinalis & Phellodendron amurense and California poppy. The Relora is used traditionally in western herbal medicine to help relieve symptoms of stress & mild anxiety. The California poppy has been used traditionally in western herbal medicine to induce sleep, reduce the time taken to fall asleep, relieve disturbed sleep and to enhance deep sleep.

Magnesium amino acid chelate 550 mg

Total Magnesium 160 mg
Colecalciferol (Vitamin D3 200 IU) 5 micrograms
Magnolia officinalis stem bark
extract dry conc. (from Relora®) 37.75 mg

std. to contain honokiol 1.95 mg
Phellodendron amurense stem bark
extract dry conc. (from Relora®) 11.7 mg
from dry stem bark 128.7 mg

Eschscholzia californica (California Poppy) herb

from dry herb flowering 500.1 mg
No added wheat, gluten, animal products, yeast, eggs, soybean products, milk derivatives, lactose, artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.
Contains sulfites, corn starch and sodium. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
Usage Directions:
Adults: Take two tablets daily before bed, or as directed by your health professional.
Storage:
Store in a cool, dry place below 25°C.
Warnings:

If you've had a change of mind about an item you have ordered, we'll need to receive it back to us unopened and unused, in the original packaging.

Allergic Reaction
- In the rare instance you've had an allergic reaction to a product, please discontinue use of the product immediately. We may reach out for further information on the reaction.
Allergy returns must be less than 20% used upon arrival back to us.
Incorrect / Damaged Items
