Usage Directions:

Adults: Take one tablet daily with a meal, or as directed by your health professional.

Storage:

Do not use if tamper evident cap seal is missing or broken. Store below 30°C away from heat and direct sunlight. Protect from humidity.

Warnings:

Always read the label and follow the directions for use. Do not exceed the stated dose except on medical advice. If you have had a baby with a neural tube defect/spina bifida, seek specific medical advice. Contains magnesium, which may have a laxative effect or cause diarrhoea. Do not take while on warfarin therapy without medical advice. This medicine contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. WARNING - Stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible [Contains vitamin B6]. Adults only.
