Description:

Dr. Wolff’s Vagisan Moisturising Cream is a hormone-free cream for vaginal dryness. It alleviates symptoms like burning, itching and pain caused by vaginal dryness. It also helps with pain during sex.

Unlike other products for vaginal dryness, Dr. Wolff’s Vagisan Moisturising Cream is a real cream and not a gel (aqueous preparations). Creams always have a soothing lipid component in addition to a high-water content. Its dual effect provides moisture and soothing lipids (fats) to the skin in the vaginal and external genital area. Dr. Wolff's Vagisan Moisturising Cream makes the sensitive skin in the vaginal area pleasantly supple – without the need for hormones.

The cream is free of hormones and fragrances.

Usage Directions:

Dr. Wolff's Moisturising Cream can be used inside the vagina (with an applicator) and on the external genital area.

For use inside the vagina, fill the applicator one-half full of the cream and apply inside the vagina, preferably before going to bed. It can be used once a day or less often as needed, depending on individual symptoms. We recommend wearing a panty liner when using this product.

To care for the external genital area and the vaginal opening, Dr. Wolff's Vagisan Moisturising Cream can be applied directly several times per day as needed.

It may be used during pregnancy and while breastfeeding.

For vaginal dryness, Dr. Wolff's Vagisan Moisturising Cream can be applied as needed prior to intercourse.

How Do Returns & Refunds Work?

How We Handle Them:

Change of Mind

  • If you've had a change of mind about an item you have ordered, we'll need to receive it back to us unopened and unused, in the original packaging.

Faulty Item

  • If the item you have received is faulty, please contact us with a detailed description of the product fault, alongside a photo if possible.

Allergic Reaction

  • In the rare instance you've had an allergic reaction to a product, please discontinue use of the product immediately. We may reach out for further information on the reaction.

Allergy returns must be less than 20% used upon arrival back to us.

Incorrect / Damaged Items

  • If you have received an item that isn't what you ordered, or it arrived damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 7 days of delivery. 

Please don't dispose of the item without informing us.
