Description:
Henry Blooms Slippery Elm Bark is traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to:
- Soothe irritated tissues
- Relieve constipation
- Promote bowel evacuation
- Soothe gastro-intestinal tract mucous membranes
- Enhance bowel regularity
- Relieve diarrhoea
- Relieve symptoms of heartburn
Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
Ingredients:
Each capsule contains:
Slippery elm bark powder 375mg
No added sulfites, wheat, gluten, yeast, animal products, milk derivatives, eggs, soybean products, lactose, sugars, artificial colours, flavours, or preservatives.
Usage Directions:
Adults: Take 1-2 capsules 1-3 times daily with meals, or as directed by your health professional.
Children over 12 years old: Take 1 capsule 1-3 times daily with meals, or as directed by your health professional.
Storage:
Store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight and heat.
Warnings:
Always read the label and follow the directions for use. Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
Drink plenty of water. Prolonged use may cause serious bowel problems.
Do not use when abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting arepresent or if you develop diarrhoea. Seek medical advice immediately if diarrhoea persists for more than 6 hours in infants under 6 months, 12 hours in children under 3 years, 24 hours in children aged 3-6 years or 48 hours in adults and children over 6 years. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, talk to your health professional before use.
